1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services and content of The Compounding School (“TCS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you (“you”, “learner”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. This includes use of our website, platform, test-series subscription, content, and any related services.

2. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or if less, you have obtained parental/guardian consent) and you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Services & Content

TCS provides online test-series, subscription learning modules, and associated digital content. All content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not (unless expressly permitted) reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works of the content.

4. Payment & Access

Subscriptions are made via the payment methods we accept. Upon payment, you will be granted access for the period specified. Access may depend on your account status, compliance, and subscription terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if payment fails or you breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs and materials provided by TCS are our property (or licensed to us). You agree not to infringe or use them without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems or networks;
• Reproduce or share content in a way that violates our rights;

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or violates any laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties (express or implied). To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCS disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or completeness of content. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination your rights under these Terms will cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
