Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st December, 2025

1. Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases of test-series and digital offerings on TCS. By purchasing, you agree to this policy.

2. No Refunds for Digital Content

Once you have subscribed and gained access to the digital content (test series, modules, mock tests), no refunds or cancellations will be permitted. As soon as access is granted, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
3. Exceptions

In rare cases (e.g., technical failure preventing access, error on our part) we may consider refunds or credits at our sole discretion. Please raise a request within 24 hours with supporting evidence.

4. Transfer / Assignment

You may not transfer your subscription or account to another individual. Accounts are strictly personal to the purchaser.

5. Termination of Services by Us

If TCS terminates the service (without fault of the user), we will offer a pro-rated credit (or refund) for unused portion, at our discretion.

6. How to Request

Please contact our support team at thecompoundingschool.official@gmail.com. Provide your subscription details, reason for request, and any relevant supporting information. We will review and respond within 3 working days.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated version will come into effect when posted with a new “Effective Date.”
